Partnering With Landowners
Landowners will earn a cumulative total of $1M-2M in lease payments annually.
Primergy partnered with nearly twenty landowners to secure approximately 3,000 acres of rural land for the project, creating a generational impact for their families.
Job Creation
Approximately 350 jobs created during peak construction.
Ash Creek Solar brought approximately 250 full-time equivalent construction jobs to Hill County, with 350 jobs during peak construction periods. An estimated six full-time jobs will support the ongoing operations and maintenance of the project.
Economic Development
Contributing an estimated $80 million in economic development for the surrounding community.
These payments will directly benefit local schools and provide Hill County with substantial resources that may be directed towards public safety, road upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

This partnership focused on school transformation projects for Abbott Independent School District and Penelope Independent School District, ensuring that K-12 students, staff, and faculty members enjoy enhanced learning environments. Volunteers remodeled campus areas, creating spaces that foster excitement for education.
