Manager of Treasury and Compliance
Reporting initially to Primergy’s Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of Treasury and Compliance will be responsible for building out and managing Primergy’s debt and tax equity compliance and treasury activities. To date, Primergy has raised nearly $4 billion in third party investment and the individual will have responsibility for developing processes to manage growth of a portfolio of closed transactions which includes debt, tax equity, equity, and other structured financings. The individual will also ensure compliance with various transaction agreements, as well as corporate policies and financial regulations.

Transmission & Interconnection Engineer
The incumbent will lead transmission and interconnection activities from a market and commercial perspective. The primary responsibilities will include oversight of the transmission and interconnection process for the project portfolio, evaluation of transmission opportunities, rights, constraints, pricing and congestion as it relates to Primergy’s projects and the broader renewable market.

Assistant Project Manager, Project Execution
The Assistant Project Manager, EPC Services will be responsible for supporting the project execution and operations team and work directly with the Project Director on all activities during the preconstruction and construction phases through project closeout associated with Primergy’s portfolio of current and future construction projects.

Commercial Strategy Analyst
The Commercial Strategy Analyst will play an integral role in Primergy’s significant growth by supporting the Development team’s strategic decision making. The successful candidate will have intellectual interest in the energy industry, specifically in North American renewable energy infrastructure development, experience using the Microsoft 365 platform, the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, and the ability and enthusiasm to drive projects forward.
