• The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for facilitating vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing contract administration for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE), in support of Primergy’s solar and solar+storage development pipeline. Senior Director of Development

• The Senior Director of Development will be responsible for the development of solar, solar + storage and energy storage projects through project management, economic analysis, contract negotiation, and transaction support across a pipeline of projects targeting wholesale power markets in the US and Canada.  The successful candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in North America energy infrastructure development, strong financial analysis skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, and the ability and enthusiasm to drive projects forward.

Senior Director of Origination and Power Marketing

• The Senior Director of Origination and Power Marketing will be responsible for marketing Primergy’s solar and solar + storage projects to various customers and being a vital part of the team in conducting due diligence during the acquisition of projects and development assets.  The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully negotiating the terms of agreements for various off-take structures, including PPAs,  virtual PPAs, alternative off-take arrangements, and build-to-own agreements as well as be responsible for coordinating with management on projects, energy products, pricing, and risk management.  Responsibilities also including understanding market rules, providing strategic direction, and analyzing competitive issues.  Experience in originating, pricing, analyzing, structuring, and leading negotiations on solar and solar plus energy storage off-take agreements is required.

 Director of Energy Storage Commercial Structuring

• Reporting the Senior Vice President for Development and Origination, the Director of Energy Storage Commercial Structuring will lead efforts to develop, implement and invest in energy storage for our portfolio of solar and solar + storage assets.  The Director will play an instrumental role in growing the Primergy investment platform by developing creative approaches to deploying storage within our investment guidelines in various markets in North America.  In addition, the Director will lead efforts to evaluate market opportunities that arise in North America to determine viability of storage in specific markets and work with our multi-disciplinary team to manage risk associated with energy storage.

Senior Director of Finance

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Director of Finance will lead efforts to finance our growing portfolio of solar and solar + storage assets.  The Senior Director will play an instrumental role in growing the Primergy investment platform by developing creative approaches to financing within our investment guidelines in various solar and storage markets in North America.  In addition, the Senior Director will support the broader team to understand and manage financial parameters and risks related to our investments.
